optimised production site certified according to the ISO22716 «Good Manufacturing Practice» standard.
  • Surface area: 4500 m2 covered
  • Pilot tanks: 10 to 150 kg. An essential step to ensure the reproducibility of your formulas on an industrial scale.
  • Industrial batches from 300 to 1500 Kg. A machine installation consisting of emulsifi ers, melters and mixers adapted to your ambitions and for an annual capacity of: over 1000 tonnes of bulk and 7 million units.
  • Technologies compatible with the manufacture of numerous galenic products: balms, creams, milks, gels, serums, lotions, waters, oils, bi-phases, foams, solids.
  • Containers from 3 ml to 1000 ml: bottles, airless, roll-on, droppers, pots, plastic – metal-plastic – aluminium tubes, foamers.
  • A flexible team and adaptable primary and secondary packaging lines: automatic, semi-automatic or manual.
  • Labelling, boxing, packaging in kits or cases, cellophane, tamper-evident packaging.
